Job Summary:

UWS Inc. is looking for a Web Designer responsible for Designing, Developing and Maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.

Skills required for this position:

Mandatory skills: HTML5, CSS 3, Bootstrap, Media Query, JQUERY, Responsive Design, Photoshop, UI/UX design and development

Secondary skills: Any one of the CMS ( WordPress / OpenCart )

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications
• Develop website designs and prepare HTML and CSS3 from the Photoshop design.
• Good markup skills utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Creating interface that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
• Independent and responsible for the design and development of web pages, graphics, multimedia, GUIs.
• Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of User experience and UI design with an emphasis on maximizing usability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Digital retouching and image editing

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with expertise in multiple PHP frameworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development and hands-on experience with more than one PHP framework.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using PHP and multiple frameworks.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and ensure the performance and scalability of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development process.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimization of PHP code and database queries and functions through code review and project review sessions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure.
• Ability to handle technical queries raised by the development team and provide support and guidance to them.

Requirements:

1. Experience required 1.5+ years.
2. Strong database skills, proven experience with MySQL and other RDBMS having knowledge of indexes, full-text searches, usage of regular expressions in queries, and more.
3. Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts and OOAD using Design Patterns.
4. Proficient understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
5. Excellent knowledge of Applications Architecture and how to work with Frameworks with MVC architecture.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges.
7. Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
8. Excellent communication and experience with handling clients.
9. Experience in third-party APIs(common once).
10. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
